This document sets out all the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing use of the 09bbe platform. Please read the full terms carefully before accessing the platform.
Introduction & Consent
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the 09bbe platform ("Platform", "Site"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

- Each user may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Transactions must be made in your own name using your own payment method.
1.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination, and 09bbe reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account.
1.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately. 09bbe will not be responsible for any third-party use of your account.
1.3 Identity Verification
09bbe may request identity verification from users at any time. Refusal to provide a national ID or other government-issued document may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Section 2: Financial Transactions & Payments
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following mobile financial services are currently accepted for transactions on the 09bbe platform:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Upay — UCB Bank's digital wallet.
2.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing
Successful withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. However, this process may take longer during identity verification or while an investigation is ongoing.
2.4 Transaction Rules
- Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
- 09bbe reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
- If a bonus is activated after a deposit, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
Section 3: Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus & Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
09bbe offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, starting with a total of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳32,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
- A bonus may not be claimed more than once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after wagering requirements have been met.
- 09bbe reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
- If promotional abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
3.4 VIP Program
09bbe's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to higher tiers — from a maximum of 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Your overall activity on the platform is taken into account when determining your VIP tier.
Section 4: Betting & Gaming Rules
Game & Betting Terms
4.1 Game Fairness
All games offered on 09bbe are powered by software from certified game providers. Results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be controlled by any party. The platform is committed to ensuring fair play.
4.2 General Betting Terms
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a technical error affects a result, the relevant bet may be considered void.
- Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities for advantage is prohibited.
- In sports betting, bets remain active until the outcome of the event is announced.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any withdrawable funds in the account will be returned following the correct procedure.
8.2 Closure at 09bbe's Initiative
09bbe may cancel or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Legal obligations or instructions from authorities.
8.3 Funds in Terminated Accounts
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds in the account may be forfeited. However, the withdrawable portion of the original deposit will be considered after the investigation is complete.
